Executive Administrative Assistant - PT
YMCA Corporate Office - Executive Administrative Assistant-needs experienced, independent, very professional executive assistant to support the CEO and VP Leadership Development. Responsibilities include calendar management, helping plan various events, taking care of personnel matters with confidentiality, maintaining important documents, and interacting with numerous clients. 3-5 years previous Executive Assistant experience a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to produce high quality work with minimum supervision, self-motivated and customer driven. Must be computer literate and master MSOffice software to include Outlook; ability to produce descriptive data analysis with charts and graphs; compose correspondence, master statistical data, operate effectively within a group environment and maintain confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree desired; HS Diploma required, proven customer service skills, general office skills for an executive position.
